Yoga Parties

The New Self-Care: Sip. Stretch. Snack.

I mean, really, who doesn't love a good party? This is an opportunity to gather your nurse-friends, their favorite sips and snacks, and experience a program or a solo yoga class together.  It's not serious, laughter is encouraged and no judgement is required.  

How it works:

  1.  Pick one of the following program options: Stress-Less in Nursing, Namastay in Nursing, Self-Care for Better Healthcare, 60 or 90-minute  all-level yoga practice​​

  2. Host at least 5 friends at the place of your choice (suitable & safe for yoga practice). You do not need a commitment from 5 at the time of booking the event but payment for at least 5 attendees must be completed prior to 7 days of the party date. The Host is responsible for their choice of food or drinks if desired.
