New Moon 3-Part Yoga Experience



As the first phase of the moon cycle, the new moon phase holds special meaning for cultures around the world. It is often viewed as a symbol of new beginnings. This magical phase provides a reset where goals are renewed, desires are set, and new intentions are made.

Join me live, from the comfort of my own home to yours and experience this transformative 60-minute yoga class.

Previous yoga experience is not required, this class is suitable for all levels.  

Here's what to expect:

  • 5-minute welcoming opening about the new moon with centering.

  • 15-minute breath work and meditation 

  • 15-minute prompted journal writing about your intentions and changes over the next month

  • 20-minute restorative yoga practice to soak in all the benefits

  • 5-minute closing

Here's what you'll need:

  • A journal and your favorite tea for our journaling exercise

  • 1-2 blankets and 2-4 pillows for our restorative practice

  • A quiet environment or escape room so you can drop-in without distraction
