Now, I'm honored to share my learnings as a teacher and student of yoga movement, breathwork, meditation and yoga philosophy with Nurses.
Hi there, I'm Lindsay. As a truth seeker on the path of living a life of innate joy and freedom, I'm deeply inspired to share the ways in which a consistent yoga and meditation practice has transformed my life and saved my Nursing career.
I love to teach Nurses how to slow down and be more still. In Nursing, we are always in fight or flight due to the nature of our professional duties. We take care of others with open minds, hearts with sincere compassion and deep dedication. Unfortunately, we don't take this same approach with our own self-care.
Move. Breathe. Be Mindful.
I deliver a few types of yoga styles that is best for recovery of the Nurse mind, body and heart. An intelligent slow vinyasa flow, restorative yoga and the subtle inward practices of meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing).
Whether we are moving or being still, all of my teachings are firmly grounded in honoring the body, calming the mind and nurturing the heart by cultivating a connection to your Nurse-self.
